Ready to join us? /p p br /p p strong This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. Offering a salary of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Regular travel across other Bleckmann sites will be required as part of the role. /strong /p p br /p p strong Responsibilities and tasks: /strong /p p br /p p Responsible for providing HR support across multiple sites, advising managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and delivering effective HR administration. /p ul li Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management /li li Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice /li li Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law /li li Manage HR administration, including recruitment, contracts, payroll liaison, and employee lifecycle activities /li li Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports to support business decision-making /li li Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives /li /ul p br /p p strong Profile: /strong /p p br /p ul li Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with a strong employee relations focus /li li Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships /li li Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices /li li Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment (logistics experience desirable) /li li Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills /li li Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently /li li CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification is desirable /li li Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required /li /ul p br /p p strong What do we offer? /strong /p p br /p p Our people are at the heart of what we do.
