Someone who takes real pride in cooking the very best produce in the UK to an exceptional standard, and genuinely cares about every plate that leaves the kitchen being the best it can possibly be.This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the Head Chef in leading the team day to day - setting the tone, driving standards, and helping others grow.     YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

    We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with a genuine love for hospitality and strong leadership skills to join us at Blacklock. Someone who is people-focused, leads from the floor, and takes real pride in creating brilliant experiences for both our guests and the team.Working closely with your Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the day-to-day operation - from setting the tone on the floor and supporting your team, to keeping a close eye on standards, service, and performance.
