Offering a competitive salary, and an early finish on Fridays, this is a great opportunity for any accounting professionals seeking a new role. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Preparation of monthly management accounts to include ledger review, journal entry, reconciliation, and analysis. Processing weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll as well as annual P60 and P11D reporting. Daily bank administration including bank reconciliation, payment processing and cash flow forecasting. Overseeing Accounts payable to ensure correct recognition and VAT applied. Overseeing Accounts receivable, sales invoice processing and credit control experience. HMRC filings to include monthly submission and reconciliation of VAT, EC Sales and Intrastat reporting. Preparation of financial reports for management. Engaging with external auditors to carry out the annual financial audit. Other ad hoc duties as and when required. What we are looking for: AAT/ ATI qualified or Part- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) - Preferable Experience using Sage 50 Payroll or similar payroll packages.
