Supporting 17 sites across the UK, you ll work closely with Restaurant Managers and the Operations Team to provide expert HR advice, coach managers through employee relations matters and help create a positive colleague experience across the business. /p p This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From supporting disciplinaries, grievances and absence management to delivering manager training, maintaining HR compliance and contributing to People projects, you ll play a key role in supporting our operational teams and helping our people thrive. /p What you ll be doing ul li Providing first-line HR advice and support to managers across multiple sites. /li li Managing Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management. /li li Coaching managers on best practice and employment legislation. /li li Supporting recruitment, onboarding and colleague development initiatives. /li li Producing HR reports and people metrics. /li li Supporting the delivery of manager training and maintaining training compliance through our Learning Management System (LMS). /li li Working alongside the Group Head of People on key People projects and continuous improvement initiatives. /li li Building strong relationships with operational teams through regular site visits. /li /ul About you p You ll have at least three years experience in a generalist HR or People Advisor role, ideally within a multi-site hospitality, retail or leisure business.
