Birchwell Associates are working with a rapidly growing renewable energy business seeking a commercially focused Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing performance and lead generation activity. We are looking for someone who can build, optimise and scale a marketing engine that delivers measurable commercial results. The Role This is not a traditional brand or content marketing position. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, improving conversion rates and building a scalable marketing function that directly impacts revenue growth.
