The Role We have a rarely available opportunity to join our amazing team in Woodbank Apartments based in Hook Heath Surrey. We are seeking a member of our front of house team to join us in providing friendly and compassionate support to older adults, enabling them to live a fulfilling and independent life. We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm and friendly individual for this unique opportunity to really make a difference within our community.
This exceptional role offers experience across various operational areas. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors while supporting administrational functions, event coordination and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities will include: - Support our residents in their day-to-day activities
- Assist with activities and events
- Answer telephone enquiries internally and externally ensuring that queries are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate effectively with residents, their families, and other staff members to ensure the highest level of service and support
- Provide support to residents, their guests and visitors
- Deliver a food and beverage service at a high standard in the restaurant
- Hot drinks and bar drinks served as required throughout the day
- Cleaning of communal areas
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents
- Undertake any activities that fall under the Health & Safety policies and procedures.
