    We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented finance professional to join our team on a fixed-term basis supporting the Financial Control team during key month end reporting activities for our US entities.Working closely with the US Financial Controller, you will play an important role in ensuring month end processes run smoothly, from finalising numbers and completing reconciliations to supporting timely submissions to our parent company, Geopost.This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure within a fast paced, global finance function, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with international colleagues and contribute to accurate, high quality financial reporting.Responsibilities will include:Supporting the month-end reporting process across all US entitiesIdentifying and investigating variances, working closely with the FP&A team to provide insight and analysisCollaborating with AP and AR teams to understand transactional movements and reporting differences against budgetPreparing detailed balance sheet reconciliations each month, ensuring they are accurate, consistent and ready for review by the US Financial ControllerMaintaining the register of stock movements across US locationsAssisting with the submission of month end financial reporting to shareholdersOur company values matter, and guide all that we do each day.     As the Senior Import Coordinator at Biocair, you will be involved in ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery of imports to the UK. Compliant submission of customs entries either directly or through approved brokers. Provide consistent and reliable customer service to all clients and offices. Deliver the highest quality service by ensuring all imports are managed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. Additionally, lead subject matter expertise for key areas, including standing instructions, liaising with overseas clients and internal offices, quality and compliance, and staff development within the Heathrow office.Responsibilities will include:Perform and lead main import functions of the LHR operation and provide support in other areas as requiredTrain, mentor, and coach team members to build an experienced and skilled Air Import DepartmentEnsure all import permits and documentation are present for compliant customs entryLiaise with customers and brokers to ensure accurate and timely customs declarations in accordance with HMRC regulations.Identify potential issues and implement pre-emptive measures to meet service levels.Provide customers with regular, accurate shipment updates and complete post-shipment tasks (e.g., temperature data retrieval, return logistics)Our company values matter, and guide all that we do each day.
