  • Assistant Manager

Every person within our restaurants work together in the aim of ensuring that EVERYONE LEAVES HAPPY, guests and staff. We are looking for a new Assistant Manager to work at our Leeds restaurant, with a strong desire to fulfil this aim. We are looking for an individual that can match the below requirements.
    What we need from you (sound familiar?):
    Hone the skills that will set you up for a successful career in hospitality Take on more tasks in site, start to make weekly responsibilities your own Follow in the Senior Team’s Footsteps, running a shift and supporting your team through the week, learning as you go

    Service Charge - all service charge is distributed and paid out to our staff, even when you’re on holiday! Never a hungry belly - Discounts on the whole menu, with 80% for on shift and 50% for off shift discounts for all employees.   • Menu Systems Administrator

    We have a brand new vacancy within our Head Office Team, an ideal opportunity for someone who has an eye for detail when it comes to all things Menu related.
    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Menu Systems Administrator to join our Central Operations team – this will be a hybrid role so being able to travel to Head Office is essential, we are located on Conway Street in Fitzrovia. This role is essential in ensuring our digital menus, pricing, and POS systems are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for a seamless guest experience – as well as helping to form insights from the feedback we receive. The salary for this role will be £35,000 (Performance based Bonus is on top at an extra 10%) with a Monday to Friday working week.
    What we need from you (sound familiar?) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - can you spot when things don’t look right? Experience with POS systems (Comtrex) and digital menu platforms – can be as a user Comfortable working with spreadsheets, PDFs, and content management tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives Proactive mindset with a passion for operational excellence Strong communication and collaboration skills - you will be at the centre of things
    This role will work closely with several different teams within the business, including Marketing, Central Operations and Food Development and will have the following responsibilities;
    Link recipes and build menus across multiple platforms Specification building Input and update menu descriptions and pricing Upload specifications and ensure accurate data entry across systems Manage till (POS) updates and test tills prior to launch Review menu builds and test venues before go-live Conduct regular checks to ensure tills are tidy and functional Handle ad hoc till programming requests Ensure tills are correctly set up for discounts and third-party codes Draft menus for web and PDF uploads, ensuring accuracy across all variants Replace outdated menus promptly during seasonal changes Maintain and update menus on multiple platforms
