  We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This role combines counterbalance forklift operation with order picking responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Counterbalance Forklift Operations: * Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse * Ensure goods are transported and stored efficiently while maintaining safety standards * Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly Warehouse Picking Duties: * Accurately pick and prepare products for dispatch in line with customer orders * Pack and label goods to ensure safe transit * Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail * Assist with stock control and inventory checks as required What We re Looking For * Valid counterbalance and reach forklift licence (required) * Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Good communication skills and a proactive attitude * Commitment to health Read Less
