    For our discerning clients, a Tom Howley Kitchen (part of the BHID Group) is where they entertain friends, welcome family and feel completely at home.We are looking to recruit a Sunday Showroom Advisor to work on a part time basis, every Sunday. They will be responsible for representing the Tom Howley brand, supporting the Showroom Manager, and ensuring our discerning clients receive the highest level of customer service.At Tom Howley, we never ask clients what they want in their kitchens. Instead, we ask them what they use their kitchens for. As a Showroom Advisor, you'll demonstrate each kitchen product, ask the right questions and ensure that they have all the answers they need before speaking to a designer. To join us, it's crucial that you're articulate, and experienced in a similar luxury retail or showroom environment. You should take pride in your appearance, and help our business to run as smoothly as possible.The successful candidate must be available to work 4 hours per per week, every Sunday, as a minimum.
    Responsibilities:
    To ensure that all prospective clients are greeted in a friendly and professional manner, that they receive a good showroom product demonstration and that their enquiries are properly qualified before their details are passed on to a designer;
    To ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy, which includes ensuring that all displays are in excellent condition, as well as samples being present and in good order;
    General administration tasks, including updating showroom footfall and recording client information.
    Personal Qualities:
    Articulate, diligent and flexible individual who has a strong track record in a retail or showroom environment;
    Ideally from within a similar industry with experience of working in a showroom environment;
    Experience of dealing with discerning clients;
    Target driven retail experience;
    Strong organisational skills;
    Impeccable personal appearance;
    Personable, friendly and confident with a can do attitude;
    IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.

    Following continued successful growth, we are seeking to recruit a Group Growth Marketing Lead who will work for the BHID Group based in our Trafford Park Offices, Manchester (Hybrid role) with travel as required.
    The Group Growth Marketing Lead will take end to end ownership of digital acquisition and performance across the Group. This role is responsible for driving profitable, scalable growth by connecting paid media, SEO and conversion rate optimisation into a single, joined up growth strategy.
    Reflecting our values of being Driven by Detail and Focused on Solutions, this role is responsible for connecting insight, experimentation and execution to solve commercial challenges and improve performance across the full acquisition funnel.
    Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, the role blends strategic leadership with hands on performance oversight. You will manage and align multiple specialist agencies to ensure acquisition activity is efficient, insight led and focused on commercial outcomes.
    This role suits a commercially minded marketer with a strong background in PPC management who thrives on accountability, experimentation and turning data into meaningful business impact.Key Responsibilities
    Own the end to end growth and acquisition strategy across PPC, paid social, SEO and CRO, including targets, budgets, forecasting and performance frameworks.Lead and manage external PPC and paid social agencies, ensuring activity is commercially focused, well structured and consistently optimised.Manage and align the SEO agency, web development agency and internal web developer to deliver a cohesive approach to traffic growth, site performance and conversion.Ensure paid media, organic acquisition and on site experience are planned and optimised together.Monitor daily performance across all acquisition channels, identifying risks and opportunities and taking action to maximise efficiency and return.Leverage AI tools and automation to optimise acquisition channels and website performance, improving efficiency, insight and conversion outcomes.Work closely with the CRM Lead to align acquisition activity with lead management, nurturing and conversion into qualified opportunities and revenue.Define and prioritise CRO opportunities, including testing roadmaps, landing page optimisation and journey improvements to increase conversion rates and lead quality.Identify, test and scale new growth opportunities across channels, platforms and formats where appropriate.Work closely with the wider marketing team and Creative Manager to ensure acquisition activity is aligned with brand, messaging and campaign priorities.Analyse performance data to uncover insights, trends and opportunities, translating findings into clear actions and recommendations.Monitor competitor activity, market trends and platform developments, adapting strategy to maintain competitive advantage.Compile and deliver clear daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting for senior stakeholders, focused on outcomes not just activity.Act as a growth and performance subject matter expert, contributing insight that shapes the Group’s wider marketing and commercial strategy.Essential skills:Proven experience leading digital acquisition, with hands on experience managing PPC and exposure to SEO, CRO and UX.Strong analytical capability, with confidence working across large data sets, attribution and performance metrics.Commercially minded, target focused and motivated by delivering measurable business outcomes.Ability to translate complex data into clear insight and recommendations for senior stakeholders.Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence influencing decision making.Benefits:
