    Pest Control Officer - Whitby As Pest Control Officer, you will provide vital frontline services within our complex repairs team. You’ll be the person on the ground ensuring our customers homes and communal spaces are safe and pest free through eradication and prevention strategies. The role requires someone proactive, empathetic and highly organised. You’ll need the technical expertise to handle poisons and chemicals safely, the communication skills to educate our customers and the diligence to maintain detailed reporting in line with Awaab’s Law and Health and Safety legislation. Our complex repairs team is at the heart of our commitment to property standard, tackling the critical issues of damp & mould, disrepair and pest control. The team works together resolve complex property issues, ensuring our customers live in homes that are safe and free from harm. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and the community to provide not just a service, the education and support needed to prevent recurring hazards and protect our most vulnerable customers. Closing date for applications is Friday 17 April 2026, applications will be reviewed throughout the duration of the advert and we may close it early should enough applications be received.
