    Asset Planning Lead (Asbestos) - Redcar & Scarborough As our asset planning lead for asbestos, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our homes safe and compliant. You’ll lead the delivery of a first class asbestos data service that supports our planned investment programmes and various key projects. Working closely with colleagues and external consultants, you’ll make sure our processes are robust, efficient, and continuously improving – all while ensuring compliance with asbestos regulations and consumer standards.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and a passion for data-driven service delivery. You’ll have the chance to shape how we manage asbestos information, influence major investment programmes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. We’ll support you with tailored training and development so you can grow into the role and beyond.What you’ll be doingLeading the delivery of asbestos data services to support investment programmes and projectsManaging external asbestos contractors, ensuring performance meets agreed KPIsCoordinating the annual re-inspection programme and any remedial actionsAdvising colleagues on asbestos data related queries, policies, and proceduresDriving service improvements in asbestos data management and complianceMonitoring and reporting on asbestos data using tools like Power BIStaying up to date with legislation and best practice in asbestos managementClosing date for applications is Monday 12 January 2026, applications will be reviewed throughout the duration of the advert, and we may close it early should enough applications be received.
