They will work closely with both external research suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that continuous and bespoke projects are executed smoothly and deliver actionable, business-orientated recommendations. They will build close relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams within the business, most notably Global Brand & Sponsorship and individual Country teams. This is a Global role, supporting markets across all regions (Europe, North America, LATAM, Africa, Asia).The Research Executive’s primary responsibility will be to lead the day-to-day delivery of our brand health tracking and sponsorship measurement across key regions/sports, as well as supporting on strategic ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative projects. They will also support the CI & Research Lead in workstreams designed to leverage internal customer data (for instance investigating trends between brand spend, brand health and financial performance).What you’ll be doingAs part of your role, your responsibilities will include:Particular areas of focus will include:Measuring our brand health and identifying key drivers of brand consideration across established and emerging markets, guiding local country teams on how to improve our performanceEnsuring the consistent application of global measurement frameworks brand health)Leading the delivery of workstreams designed to measure the cut-through and brand impact of our sponsorship activity across key sports (football, tennis, cricket, NHL)Supporting ad-hoc projects designed to support the growth of Betway’s casino sub-brands (Betway Casino, Betway Live)Supporting the Global Brand team on research related to our brand positioning and audio-visual identity, such as ongoing measurement of our distinctive brand assetsSupporting local teams with ad-hoc insight needs designed to support strategic objectives, including creative/campaign developmentAcross all projects, the Research Executive will:Help relevant stakeholders to articulate key business issues and translate these into clear research objectivesHelp identify the optimal 3rd party agency to work with (whether a new or existing provider), through the articulation of research briefs and reviewing of proposals, ensuring we opt for the most beneficial/cost-effective approachActing as an advocate for research across the Group, including:Sharing findings from Betway projects in key internal forumsCreating and disseminating one-page project summariesHelping to establish best practice research design, specifically supporting teams involved in the surveying of existing Betway customers CRM)Sharing relevant research/industry news/webinars across relevant parts of the businessKeeping up-to-date with the latest research innovations and their potential useThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.     · Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions using Azure Function Apps, Databricks, and Terraform
    · Supporting the migration from .NET to .NET 9 and mentoring others in C# best practices
    · Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

    · Taking ownership of releases, peer reviews, and production fixes
