The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, committed, and able to demonstrate empathy, care, and compassion. You should be able to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills and the ability to write clearly and legibly are essential. Previous experience in working in health and social care is desirable but not essential as full training will be given You could be just what we are looking for! About You: Essential Requirements: Driver (desirable) Good communication skills and able to listen Be patient Promote independence and daily living skills.
