You will provide high-quality support in all aspects of their daily lives, while promoting their independence and encouraging participation in community activities of the choice. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, committed, and able to demonstrate empathy, care, and compassion. You should be able to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills and the ability to write clearly and legibly are essential.
