    Job Description

    As a Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for actioning overnight sends, and scheduling and delivering customer communications and offers for the Sports and Gaming products.The Marketing Delivery department is responsible for executing global marketing campaigns, including the delivery of localised offers. The team oversees the delivery of emails, notifications and SMS sent directly to customers.You will be responsible for the overnight workload, including keeping schedules accurate, setting up offers and monitoring ongoing sends.Experience in other marketing-based roles is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided for this role.The night shift follows as 7 on 7 off pattern, the working week running from Monday through to Sunday followed by a full week of 7 nights off. Typical shifts start at 19:30 and finish at 07:00.
    Qualifications

    Proven ability to execute processes, whilst utilising a methodical and consistent approach.Strong problem solving skills to determine the source of a potential problem and find an effective solution.Excellent level of communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to utilise time productively and efficiently.Outstanding attention to detail, whilst working to time-sensitive deadlines.Ability to manage multiple requests at once and be resilient and responsive to change.Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge.

    As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will support, maintain and manage the diverse technologies supported by the Infrastructure Systems team.The Infrastructure Systems team is responsible for the lifecycle management of compute and storage platforms that underpin our highly demanding products and services.The global environment is varied and complex, incorporating bare metal, virtualised, and containerised Windows and Linux workloads, both on private and public cloud.With previous evidence of support, management and exposure across diverse areas of technology, you will play an integral part in improving the day-to-day operational efficiency and predictability of our systems.You will work on cross-functional infrastructure solutions, helping with business continuity management exercises, problem investigations, incident resolution and system builds, whilst striving for continuous improvement.You will be required to provide out of hours support, and weekend support on a rota basis.This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
    Qualifications

    As a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator you will use and maintain the CAFM system and allocate work to the relevant teams as well as support with general administrative tasks.

    You will provide support to the UK and Overseas facilities teams by looking after various
    software systems, including internal CAFM system. There will be various other administrative duties which will be completed as apart of the role.  This role involves delivering excellent service to users queries and compiling and distributing insightful reports to stakeholders.This position is on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours with a rolling rota of any five days from seven, including bank holidays.
    Qualifications

    •    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
    •    Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office tools, including Excel and Outlook.
    •    Ability to communicate at all levels with strong customer service skills, whilst acting as a point of contact for facilities and other internal departments.
    •    Great team player with a can do attitude along with ability to work at times without supervision.
    •    Well organised and skilled in effective time management.
    •    Experience with Helpdesk,working with a CAFM system is desirable.
