  • Cleaner, Night Shift

    Who we are looking for A Cleaner, who will work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout our offices.
    Working as an integral part of the cleaning team, you will report directly to the Cleaning Team Leader who will allocate tasks for completion.
    You will be required to complete general cleaning duties in various areas within the building including the offices, breakout areas, and toilets whilst following all Manual Handling and COSHH regulations.
    Whilst previous experience cleaning offices would be advantageous, full training will be provided.
    The night shift follows a 7 on 7 off pattern, the working week running from Monday through to Sunday followed by a full week of 7 nights off. Typical shifts will require you to start at 18:00 and finish at 03:30.

    Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Experience using buffer machines and carpet cleaners is beneficial. Basic computer skills are preferred. Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail. Ability to use your own initiative towards work.
    Main Responsibilities Emptying bins, hoovering, mopping, as well as high and low level dusting. Completing tasks set by the Cleaning Team Leader. Using cleaning machinery including buffers and carpet cleaners.

    As a Specialist in the Customer Verification Risk Analysis department, you will be responsible for reviewing the legitimacy of customer verification documents and identifying fraudulent account profiles.
    The Customer Verification Risk Analysis department is responsible for identifying and mitigating the risk of syndicated activity, while ensuring genuine customers are able to utilise the full product range on offer.
    You will be part of the team playing a key role at the verification stage of the customer journey, protecting the business from threats, related to abusive and syndicated activity.

    Who we are looking for A Supplier Relationship Officer, who will be involved in all aspects of supplier engagement and their ongoing performance management.
    The role of Supplier Relationship Officer is pivotal in all facets of supplier engagement and performance management.
    Acting as a central point of expertise within the Business for supplier relationship management, you will understand business requirements and co-ordinate tasks to ensure the continuous monitoring of supplier performance aligns with Company policy.
    The contract renewal process for our preferred suppliers will be initiated promptly, enabling comprehensive reviews, potential re-negotiations of terms and conditions and commercial agreements.
    You will facilitate supplier reviews, ensuring supplier relationships are reaching their full potential, whilst also building and developing engagement and visibility with our internal customers and stakeholders.

    Preferred skills and experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. CIPS qualified at level 4+ or the equivalent in workplace experience. Experience of building effective working relationships across all levels of the Business. Firm understanding of procurement principles, legislation and regulations. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint. Experience in developing reports and analysing data. Ability to work under own supervision, whilst being a team player. Highly efficient in meeting deadlines and managing priorities. Strong process, planning and delivery skills.
    Main Responsibilities Reviewing due diligence to mitigate supply chain risks and manage the Preferred Supplier List. Coordinating framework agreements to enhance supplier performance and achieve VFM. Collaborating with suppliers and service owners to address supplier issues. Negotiating and establishing performance criteria for suppliers, ensuring achievable KPIs. Identifying and confirming service owners and end product users for new categories. Auditing existing suppliers to ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs and regulatory standards. Managing the tender review process from Invitation to Tender (ITT) to contract finalisation. Gathering market data for benchmarking and exploring sourcing options in new territories. Serving as a central point of expertise in procurement policy and continuous improvement. Supporting the Procurement management team in onboarding, due diligence initiatives and strategy whilst supporting other members of the team when needed.

    An International Content Translator, who will support the Company’s operation in translating and checking the website and customer communications in French.
    You will prepare content for various areas of our website in French. You will be responsible for coordinating, translating, proofreading and testing content for a wide range of translation projects.
    You will contribute to enhancing our customer experience by delivering up to date and localised translations and follow best practice to provide relevant, targeted content for our customers.
    The position is full time with a general working pattern of Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, but full flexibility is required. It is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
