    The roleAs Senior Sales Consultant you will work alongside the Sales Manager/Sales Team Leader on a day-to-day basis, supporting, coaching and driving the team to deliver sales at the best values. The day to day management, reporting and creative input will be key to a successful sales strategy. A Senior Sales Consultant would be expected to have full understanding and specific focus on the higher value market and feel comfortable conversing with UHNWI across various subjects from UK and International backgrounds. Customer Journey & Sales Execution Welcome and engage prospective purchasers with professionalism and warmth, providing a first-class brand experience. Qualify leads, understand individual buyer needs, and conduct tailored property presentations. Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial enquiry through to reservation, legal exchange, and completion.     The roleThe Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing activity for assigned developments. The role ensures campaigns, collateral and events are delivered on time, within budget and to brand standards. Work with in-house designers and external agencies to develop all online and offline sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations (internal and external), adverts, factsheets, local guides, newsletters, invitations, development models, CGIs, interactive apartment finders, promotional videos, social media content and other ad-hoc collateral for assigned developments. Plan and manage all events, including sales launches, sponsorships, charity initiatives, placemaking activities and community events. Collaborate with international teams in the UK and overseas to prepare, plan and manage all international exhibitions, including model moves, event logistics, advertising and promotional activity. Co-ordinate with international Berkeley Group offices to ensure they are fully stocked with relevant marketing collateral and up-to-date information. Commission and manage all photography, including lifestyle, product, site and event photo shoots.  Oversee the day-to-day presentation of show apartments, marketing suites and stock plots, ensuring consistently high standards, including external landscaping, cleaning and sales signage. Work with interior designers to furnish new marketing suites and show apartments. Partner with the appointed media agency to plan, book and evaluate targeted media across print, digital and outdoor channels. Manage regular email communications and online portal listings, monitoring and reporting on performance in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager. Own and maintain development web pages, ensuring content is accurate and current, and work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Berkeley Group digital team to continually enhance user experience.  Implement and maintain development PR strategies, securing timely and frequent news stories and ensuring these are communicated externally and internally.  Prepare and submit entries for relevant industry awards Manage and monitor sales and marketing budgets. Provide regular reporting on marketing activity to the Senior Marketing Manager and the Board of Directors for Monthly Project Reviews. Work with junior team members to ensure all departmental invoices and purchase orders are authorised and processed promptly, and suppliers are paid on time. Implement and manage all other ad-hoc promotional activities as required. Coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team.

    The roleTo be responsible for reviewing and preparing budgets at the pre-development stage. To provide commercial support to the Internal Specification, Customer Service and Estates Teams to improve cost management and inter department communications. Attend Customer Service/Estates team meeting as required.  Attend site review meeting alongside Customer Service, Build and Technical to review latent defects and agree/co ordinate approach to remedial works and establish cost plans accordingly. Collaborate with Customer Service team to review service levels from sub-contractors, provide support as needed and share feedback with commercial team. Work closely with Customer Service team to Identify Improvements to reduce maintenance costs. Engage with sub-contractors when latent defects are identified. Prepare budgets for Customer Service/Estates legacy remedial projects/works, obtain pricing, appointment of sub-contractors and issue instructions. Preparing scope of works and trade packages in relation to legacy works being agreed/instructed. Agreeing variations/final account with subcontractors on legacy works carried out. Assist with estimates/cost plans for the company’s development on products reviews.  Establishes cost database in relation to legacy works/packages (including materials, labour, plant, supplies, sub-contractors and preliminaries- Key rates). Establishes and maintains personal relationships with external resources and suppliers, and Purchasers.  Preparation of reports as required. Working closely with Senior Internal Design Manager to set internal and communal area budgets on all new developments. Providing commercial support to finalise the kitchens and wardrobes tenders at the design stage. Provide commercial support with Internal Plot and Communal specification cost plans at design stage. Assist with land estimates/cost plan for land purchase viabilities. Works as an integral part of the pre-contract team involved in the design and specification of developments, to provide commercial and budgetary advice to the team.     The roleThe Development Engineer will support the delivery of residential developments—ranging from traditional housing to RC-frame apartment schemes—by managing all engineering, infrastructure, and technical design elements from land feasibility through to construction, reporting into the Lead Engineer/Head of Engineering. The role includes managing statutory approvals, coordinating consultants, supporting infrastructure design, and ensuring engineering solutions are cost-effective, buildable, and compliant with planning and adoption requirements.

    Highway Approvals & External Works Coordination Manage highway adoption processes including Section 38, Section 278, and Minor Works Agreements. Liaise with local highway authorities to secure technical approval for road layouts, junction designs, and off-site works. Coordinate applications for highway licences required for surveys, investigations, or construction works. Ensure engineering input into development layouts, including tracking analyses and forward visibility compliance. Drainage Design, Approvals & Adoptions Manage the drainage adoption process under Section 104. Coordinate technical submissions for foul, surface water, attenuation and SuDS proposals. Liaise with water companies, Lead Local Flood Authorities, and Local Authority drainage boards to secure timely approvals.  Provide engineering input into site-wide levels strategies and drainage infrastructure requirements. Structural & Architectural Coordination Review and coordinate RC-frame structural detailing with structural engineers. Coordinate architectural and engineering detailing with internal technical colleagues. Input into remediation strategies and ensure integration with ground conditions. Surveys, Investigations & Site Assessment Tender, instruct and manage site investigations, utility surveys, and topographical surveys. Review geotechnical and geo-environmental reports. Contribute to contamination assessments and remediation strategies. Utilities Coordination Feed engineering requirements into early-stage utility strategies. Coordinate diversions, new supplies, and protection works with the in-house utilities team. Ensure layouts and phasing reflect utility constraints.     The role Supporting Technical Managers in the coordination and delivery of our Bath Gasworks project. Checking and processing consultant and contractor drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Issuing drawings and construction information using the correct protocols. Liaising with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and statutory authorities to obtain approvals and resolve queries. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Building Regulations and statutory requirements. Preparing and monitoring technical specifications, conveyance plans, and brochure plans. Collaborating with Planning, Commercial, Construction, and Sales teams to ensure smooth project progression. Assisting in the appointment and management of external design consultants. Monitoring consultant design information against project timelines. Supporting the preparation of key documentation for sales, legal, and marketing purposes. Keeping up to date with industry innovation and best practices to drive continuous improvement. This role will support our Bath Gasworks development as well as the Vastern Road development in Reading, with travel required to both sites. 
    Experience required A background in construction, engineering, or architecture with technical expertise in at least one. Practical knowledge of reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction methods, detailing and coordination, with experience on mid- to high-rise projects considered highly desirable.  Passion for design and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. The ability to bring fresh perspectives and creative solutions.

    The roleThe Construction Project Planner supports the project team in developing and maintaining an achievable project plan. Coordinating with the Production Team to make sure all parts of the plan align, highlighting any risk and opportunities ahead of time to enable the project to achieve its goal. The Planner will also monitor and report on the current project status and future forecast.   This is an exciting role, which provides an opportunity for someone who is highly collaborative, self-motivated and with a desire to learn and progress their career whilst making a significant contribution to a crucial part of the business.

    Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and regularly review the project programme. Walk the site, providing an independent monitor of progress and evidence-based droplines.  Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, providing project leads and senior management with status against master and project level programmes, including the use of Critical Path Analysis to support flagging concerns. Collating information from key project programmes for the Commercial, Build and Technical teams. Lead collaborative meetings to progress and report on events through preconstruction activities.  Collaborate with Project teams on resolutions to programme / logistical challenges, assisting. production teams with creating ‘What ifs’ and short-term programmes to visualise and establish options. Engage with the supply chain, assisting the Project team with subcontractor programme analysis and monitoring, both through tender phase and whilst in contract.
    Experience required Construction build knowledge and experience.  Ability to read construction drawings.  Demonstratable understanding of sequence and logic.  Microsoft 365 (Good understanding of Excel- formulas, graphs). Asta Power Project or similar.
