The position is a full-time contract, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The role will include you building partnerships with employers to identify job opportunities, and to understand local employer need and requirements in order to bring onboard new employment opportunities for people on the clients programme. Previous experience of working with the IPS model, or strong understanding of implementation and how to work to this model is required.
