That’s how deliver value for our customers, and building systems that lead the wayAnd as a Gas Engineer with Bellrock, you’ll do it byUndertake planned & reactive trade-related maintenance tasks within own area of expertise and skills set allocated by the Scheduler and/or appropriate manager. Undertake gas and plumbing refurbishment tasks including testing work on completion. Undertake testing and PPM work when instructed to do so.Ordering supplier parts via purchase order line.Managing van stock as required. Participate in the out of hours call out rota as designated. Provide recommendations / solution options to rectify faults/maintenance issues. Take measurements, estimate labour and identify material requirements for follow-on works via the red reporting system.Provide support to other trades when required. ComplianceProvide timely, accurate electronic worksheets and timesheets. Provide timely, accurate paper-based requirements.Provide detailed red reports. Provide before and after photographic images on work carried out.Ensure 100 percent adherence to client scanning on/off requirements. Maintain and exercise divergence with company plant / equipment promptly highlighting defectives to line managers when necessary.Driving in a safe and diligent manner observing road traffic legislation. Internal & External Customer RelationsMaintain the profession image of the company at all times. Maintain and build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.Maintain a flow of timely information to Schedulers, Service and Operation Managers.Help resolve any client-related issues or disputes.Ensure work areas are left clean & tidy. They have a strong knowledge base on concrete, brickwork, as well as fenestration, cladding, and the other external fabric building materials.In house suitably trained Engineers often abseil, and the knowledge of concrete and its deterioration is particularly strong, this being their original core business. The engineers travel all over the UK and transport to site is provided from the office. Responsibilities include carrying out on-site inspections in small teams and other site works associated with the service provided, and (depending on experience) assisting with and writing the reporting associated with these tasks. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering groups with internal and external stakeholders. Champion continuous improvement and contribute to the evolution of Concerto’s delivery methodology.
    Skills & experience:Proven experience in a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role within a SaaS or technology environment. Strong understanding of project governance, change control, and commercial accountability. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Rocketlane, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet). Familiarity with AI tools to support project and client management, including Copilot. Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budget tracking, and billing milestones. Knowledge of the facilities management or property/asset management sectors is a plus. Agile, PRINCE2, or PMI-PMP certification is desirable.Assertive and confident communicator, capable of managing customers and internal teams with authority. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Undertake planned & reactive tasks such as test, inspect and repair commercial air conditioning / AHU plant / services across a variety of our clients building portfolio Undertake regular PPM checks. Ordering materials for jobs. Participate in the out of hours call out rota if required. Preparing quotes Provide support to colleagues of other trades when required. Compliance Provide timely, accurate worksheets and timesheets. Provide before and after photos on work carried out. Maintain and exercise diligence with company plant/equipment promptly highlighting any issues to line managers when necessary. Report any H&S issues, concerns, bad practice, or non-conformance to Management. Driving in a safe and diligent manner observing road traffic legislation.
    What does it take?If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as an AC Engineer, you’ll need C&G FGAS and ODS Regulations (Safe handling of Refrigerants Certificate) Refrigeration DX and chillers Mechanical fitting C&G electrical installation or equivalent Proven track record in the trade Full UK driving Licence Excellent knowledge of building engineering systems supported by technical qualifications in an engineering/building services discipline Proven track record in building services and plant engineering; experience in resolving maintenance technical issues Strongly team focused, able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. A flexible approach in order to effectively undertake the requirements of this role Ability to effectively liaise with Management team, and Admin Team Exceptional attention to detail under pressure Organised, proactive, and self-motivated Excellent report processing; both planned and reactive Ability to find creative solutions to ad hoc requests Knowledge transfer; mentoring younger, less experienced team members.

    Mechanical Engineer is to to carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance on the north portfolio of contracts, this ranges from PPM, reactive works, remedial works and minor works installs. Previous experience with digital workplace management CAFM systems. Previous experience of SFG20 or other recognised maintenance standards. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office package products. NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing Installations (or equivalent) - Desirable Health & Safety qualification (IOSH)- Desirable G3 Unvented Qualification Organised. Builds good working relationship with internal teams and external service providers. Ability to work within the team and on individual basis with minimum supervision. Prioritises own workload. Experienced in using CAFM systems. Understanding of Statutory Requirements. Sound technical knowledge. Ability to understand, implement and challenge. Reliable good time keeping and dependable. Independence able to manage workload with minimal supervision. Teamwork able to work independently and as part of a team, helping other team members if needed. Attention to detail job requires being accurate in interpreting and communicating commercial details. Accurate data input requirements on internal and external work management systems.
