Jordon is a leading provider of HVAC, refrigeration, and fit-out solutions across the retail, hospitality, workplace and service station sectors. Part of the Bellrock Group, Jordon delivers end-to-end services including installation, maintenance, and energy saving solutions, backed by a reputation for quality and long-standing client relationships. With growth across multiple divisions, we are now looking for a driven and technically capable HVAC Sales Manager to join our team.This is a technical sales role with a strong account management focus. Rather than pure new business generation, the emphasis will be on growing and developing existing contracts, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and working closely with clients to deliver sustainable results. You will be expected to take a proactive approach from day one, with support and leads generated through other parts of the Group.The role will see you managing substantial projects, developing strong working relationships with clients, and playing a key role in shaping Jordon’s continued growth in the HVAC market.How will you be the change? That’s how deliver value for our customers, and building systems that lead the wayAnd as a HVAC Sales Manager with Jordon, you’ll do it byManage and grow existing HVAC accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-salesDeliver technical sales solutions, with the ability to specify and scope ventilation and HVAC projects valued at £250k and aboveDrive sales of compliance related services such as TM44 inspections where appropriateWork closely with colleagues across Bellrock, including IAC and Consulting teams, to maximise opportunitiesDeliver against ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentMaintain a deep understanding of Jordon’s culture, values and service offering, ensuring all activity aligns with the wider Group strategyBuild and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat businessWhat does it take?If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a HVAC Sales Manager, you’ll need Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry, ideally with exposure to large scale projects (£250k+)Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and ventilation systems, with the ability to engage at a detailed level with clientsA track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environmentVibrant, enthusiastic and dynamic, with the energy to thrive in a demanding, commercial settingExperienced in account management but with the ability to operate above that level as a consultative technical sales professionalResilient and confident in a “rough and ready” environment, with the drive to push through challengesBased in or able to commute to Oldham, Manchester, working from the office part of the week
Working arrangementsWe embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Oldham, Refrigeration House, Monday to Friday 8:30 am top 5:00 pm with a half an hour for lunch break.
