They are looking for an Executive Assistant to support both their CEO and COO. This is a high-impact, critical position; you will be the executives' gatekeeper, organiser, and operational linchpin, directly enabling their ability to focus on revenue-generating activities and long-term strategy.Duties and responsibilities of this Executive Assistant include (but are not limited to):Dual Diary & Time Management: Masterfully manage and orchestrate the complex calendars/diaries for both the CEO and COO, strategically protecting their time and optimising scheduling for peak effectiveness. Proactively resolve conflicts and ensure comprehensive preparation for all engagements.Gatekeeping & Communication Hub: Act as the professional first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders. Confidently manage the executives' inboxes and correspondence, drafting responses and triaging communications to ensure only priority items reach the CEO/COO.Board & Meeting Secretariat: Provide high-level support for Board Meetings, leadership offsites, and key management meetings.
