Care Worker - Days
Location: Copelands, 97 Donaghadee Road, Millisle, BT22 2BZ
Salary: £11,582.06 - £30,885.50 per annum (currently under review)
Contract: Permanent
Work hours: 48 hours per week – 4 x 12 hrs shifts, 8am - 8pm
36 hours per week – 3 x 12 hr shifts, 8am - 8pm
24 hours per week – 2 x 12 hr shifts, 8am - 8pm
18 hours per week - 3 x 6 shifts, 8am - 2pm

Copelands is Belfast Central Mission’s flagship project, providing market leading care for Northern Ireland. It encompasses everything needed to create a genuine home from home where residents can enjoy a fulfilling life.
Copelands comprises of six households, each with 10 residents. Each household has its own front door, kitchen and living area as well as access to a communal outdoor area. The home has been designed with the differing cognitive, social, and physical abilities of the residents in mind.
Your new role
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide the high quality care to our residents. Using a person-centered approach you will support a wide variety of residents with all aspects of their day to day living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
