    CRO Analyst (Conversion Rate Optimisation) Hours: Permanent , 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday Location: Lytham St Annes, Lancashire?* Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits Close date: 23rd August 2026 Interview dates: First Stage w/c 24th of August, Final Stage w/c 31st August Were excited to announce an opportunity to join our Beaverbrooks Digital and Brand Experience team as a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for data, digital user experience, and a drive to thrive in the fast-paced world of eCommerce. As our CRO Analyst, you will work closely with the Trading Manager and the wider eCommerce/CRO team to support with the day-to-day coordination of our CRO initiatives, analysing test results and research data to uncover new opportunities for testing. Youll work across both of our websites to help create an industry-leading user experience, continuously identifying and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates. *We currently operate a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in our Lytham office and 2 days working from home. We find this balance works really well, giving colleagues flexibility whilst still benefiting from our friendly, collaborative office environment and the strong culture we build when working together in person Main Responsibilities Implement an ever-evolving CRO workstream to deliver an increased conversion across the site Conduct analysis into user behaviour and communicate insights to the wider business Use analysis such as user recordings, heatmaps and funnel visualisation to identify behaviour trends and test new ideas to our Design team Use CRO metrics alongside business knowledge to prioritise insights in the testing schedule Co-ordinate a test and learn cycle, constructing a robust design and implementation plan using our internal software Collaborate with the Product team on more complex tests that require development Engage in ongoing competitor analysis and market research to put our CRO channel in a market leading position Working with the CRO team to report back on the successes, or failures, of our testing whilst monitoring cumulative ROI Produce quarterly reports on ROI for CRO channel About?Beaverbrooks Established in 1919, we have 80 locations across the UK.
