Are you passionate about making people feel their best? We're looking for a talented and professional Beauty & Wellness Therapist to join our vibrant team, delivering exceptional treatments in a luxurious, friendly environment.
About the Role:
As one of our Therapists, you'll provide a wide range of treatments including deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, nails, and more. You'll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests-combining technical skill with warm, welcoming service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality beauty and wellness treatments, including:
Massages (inc deep tissue)
Waxing
Nail treatments
Ensure clients feel relaxed, cared for, and completely satisfied
Understand client needs through consultation and tailor treatments accordingly
Upsell relevant treatments and products where appropriate
Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment space
Support front-of-house operations as needed
What We're Looking For:
Qualified therapist with proven experience in spa or salon settings
Skilled in a range of services: massage, lashes, nails, and more
A genuine love for hospitality and guest care
Strong communication and upselling abilities
(Bonus) Previous experience in hospitality or high-end guest services
