Review and interpret leases, development agreements and option agreements. Prepare valuation reports and development appraisals. Support the delivery of large-scale valuation projects, including work for public sector and educational clients. Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Eastern region. Ensure all reports are completed in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards and client requirements. Having grown organically, it now reports an annual turnover of £150 million and has ambitious plans to triple this by 2035. Role Features: Office based in the City Centre. Part of a regional Building Surveying team of 13 people. Mainly managing public sector projects. Working with ‘Grade-A’ clients. Contract work typically ranges between £500k to £2m.
