Part of a regional Building Surveying team of 13 people. Mainly managing public sector projects. Working with ‘Grade-A’ clients. Contract work typically ranges between £500k to £2m. The team generally work in the office 2-days a week and the rest on-site and WFH. Partnering with clients who have secured project funding, ensuring a stable pipeline of work. Sectors include Emergency Services, Education, Healthcare, Aviation, and many more. Interesting spread of projects and will not be pigeon-holed in one area, however the business is also happy to support someone who wants specilaise or create their own niche in a particular sector. So, this role would be great for someone who hasn’t had the chance to really make a role their own, this is your chance. The Candidate: Ideally MRICS, or working towards this.
