They are considered to be amongst the leading law firms in the UK for Commercial Litigation law, specialising in complex commercial disputes, and ranked in the Legal 500 (Mid-Market) for their disputes offering, in London. You will be joining a specialised team, who handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters across a range of sectors, including media, tech, entertainment, and telecoms, for large, national and multinational corporates, professional services, media businesses, sports clubs and various high-net worth individuals and family offices. This is a hardworking firm, offering a market-leading salary with a reasonable chargeable hours contribution. The role As a Commercial Litigation Associate within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department. The work involved will include advising on contentious matters, relating predominantly to corporate and commercial, as well as Partnership and LLP disputes, media disputes, and insolvency disputes. You will be litigating high value claims at various levels, frequently collaborating with international lawyers to resolve cross-border disputes, including domestic and international arbitrations. Depending on experience, you may be expected to deal with disputes in the High Court, appellate courts, and in arbitrations. The firm have place a large emphasis upon work life balance, and have a relatively low target hours contribution of 1200 p/a.
