    If you’re looking for a job that can be flexible to suit your needs outside of work, then a role as a Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) can provide just that. You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team who are dedicated to ensuring our clients adverts are posted to a high standard and council bus shelters clean for our local communities to use all year round. You’ll be responsible for your dedicated posting and cleaning round in the area of Northampton and can manage your weekly 40 hours in a flexible way that works for you (following a simple repeated rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning). It is a physically demanding job and does require you to work outdoors in all weathers so you’ll be in your comfort zone working alone on the round, just you and your van. You just need to pop into our Sawtry branch every 2 weeks to restock and to hear our latest company updates.You’ll be provided with a Fully Expensed Company Vehicle for business use including commuting to and from the depot and to get around our different settings including busy shopping highs streets, residential areas, and rural areas. Dedicated training and support will be available to help get you started.Requirements Driving Licence with no more than 3 points This is a full-time role working outdoors and some experience in working outside in all weather conditions is useful but not essential Driving experience using medium sized vans Remote / lone working experience - unsupervised The ability to manage your time and plan your own workload Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage What’s in it for you? The work is field based, with some on call responsibility on a rota basis, and will require you to visit our digital sites across Scotland, to carry out digital installation and repairs to set specifications and timescales. We offer an attractive salary of £28,000 per annum, a quarterly and annual company bonus, flexible working and a fully expensed company vehicle, tools and PPE.What will you be doing?As the digital expert in your area, you’ll have routine maintenance to carry out, but you’ll also be responsible for fixing faults that are called in and responding to call outs within the agreed timeframe. You’ll also be responsible forFault-find and repair/replace component level parts on digital advertising units - on-site. Install and remove smaller digital advertising units from pubs & bars.
