    As Marketing Manager for Magic Radio, you’ll play a key role in growing audiences, strengthening emotional connections with the brand and delivering bold, multi‑channel campaigns that showcase everything listeners love about Magic. You’ll deliver standout marketing campaigns that grow audiences, deepen engagement and strengthen emotional connections with our brands — from high‑impact, multi‑channel campaigns to innovative partnerships, live events and activations that bring Magic Radio’s personality to life. No two days are the same. One day you might be launching a major campaign for Magic Radio Breakfast with Gok Wan & Harriet Scott; the next, delivering a flagship live event like Magic at the Musicals at the Royal Albert Hall or creating a winter wonderland for a Mariah Carey interview. You’ll collaborate closely with the wider brand marketing team, Magic Radio content teams and on‑air talent to launch new shows, create engaging visuals and deliver creative commercial partnerships. It’s an exciting time for Magic Radio, and this is a role you can really make your own.  Your role:
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    - Developing and delivering standout brand marketing campaigns
    - Planning and executing promotional activity including events, competitions, partnerships and activations
    - Collaborating with content, social, commercial and wider marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
    - Managing relationships with agencies, partners and sponsors
    - Creating and overseeing paid social and digital marketing strategies focused on performance and optimisation
    - Developing and delivering CRM strategies to activate and retain audiences
    - Tracking, analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness with agencies and our insight teams
    - Managing the marketing budget alongside the Head of Marketing
