    Key Responsibilities

    Clinical CareAssess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of MSK and orthopaedic conditions.Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.Use a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and referring doctors to ensure continuity of care.Document clinical notes accurately and promptly using the clinic’s electronic system.Professional StandardsUphold the highest standards of clinical practice, infection control, and patient confidentiality.Maintain accurate records in compliance with CQC, GDPR, and professional codes of conduct.Participate in clinical audits, multidisciplinary meetings, and service development initiatives.Support the clinic’s culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement.Collaboration & Patient ExperienceWork closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate treatment pathways.Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, and preventive strategies to sustain long-term health.Contribute to an exceptional patient experience that reflects LIPS Healthcare’s hospitality and professionalism.
