Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and referring doctors to ensure continuity of care. Document clinical notes accurately and promptly using the clinic’s electronic system. Professional Standards Uphold the highest standards of clinical practice, infection control, and patient confidentiality. Maintain accurate records in compliance with CQC, GDPR, and professional codes of conduct. Participate in clinical audits, multidisciplinary meetings, and service development initiatives. Confident with electronic health record systems and digital workflow. Desirable Registered provider with BUPA and other major insurers. Professional indemnity insurance  in place.
