This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking to grow their career in hospitality and retail. You will be joining a fun, hardworking, and supportive team in a vibrant working environment. We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor / Assistant Manager who is passionate about customer service and team support. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to help ensure the shop run smoothly each day while delivering a great experience for our customers. You will help lead the team on shift, support staff development, and maintain high standards across both Macaroni Penguin and T4.
