    Job Description Basware is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing & Competitive Intelligence to help shape the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for key products in our portfolio. This role combines product marketing leadership with responsibility for integrating competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis to support sales and product teams. You’ll also lead the implementation of an AI-driven CI platform to support these efforts. This position reports to the Product Marketing Director and is part of the marketing strategy team, working closely with colleagues across the business. Key Responsibilities
    Product Marketing Develop and maintain global messaging, positioning, and value propositions for assigned products. Lead product launches, working with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment. Create sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks and solution briefs. Support demand generation and content marketing campaigns. Represent your product portfolio internally and externally. Competitive Intelligence (CI) Implement and manage Basware’s AI-powered CI platform. Define CI workflows and reporting to deliver insights to Sales, Product, and Executive teams. Oversee the win/loss program, including platform management and coordination with internal and external partners. Use win/loss insights to refine messaging and sales strategies. Monitor competitor activity and market trends and incorporate findings into product marketing. Skills & Requirements Qualifications 7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software. Experience launching products and driving adoption. Familiarity with AI tools for product marketing or competitive intelligence. Experience with CI platforms (such as Klue, Crayon, or Clozd). Ability to manage win/loss programs and translate insights into strategy. Experience with financial services SaaS products is a plus. We are now seeking an Inside Sales Executive — a German-speaking candidate based in Germany, the Netherlands, or the UK. The Inside Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in Basware’s commercial evolution -driving revenue growth through expansion within existing customers and the Digital customer segment. Role is responsible for identifying white space, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across a defined portfolio, owning inbound expansion deals with a lower value, and collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to accelerate revenue. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Account Growth & Revenue Ownership Proactively manage a portfolio of approx. 250 named Digital/Portfolio accounts to drive new ARR and expansion revenue. Analyse customer portfolios to identify growth, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. Execute targeted outreach, discovery calls, and tailored product demos to align Basware solutions with customer business needs. Manage proposals, commercial negotiations, and closing of sub €25k deals within agreed thresholds. Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in SalesCloud. Collaboration & Deal Support Partner with CSMs and AEs to support expansion opportunities and ensure seamless execution of deals Escalate larger opportunities to field sales teams when appropriate Work cross-functionally to align messaging and improve campaign effectiveness Share customer insights and success stories to inform continuous improvement and sales enablement Pipeline Generation & Customer Engagement Identify and qualify new pipeline opportunities through inbound and outbound activity Conduct regular customer engagement including calls, demos, and proposals to maintain strong relationships Participate in pipeline reviews, performance meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) Skills & Requirements Consultative Selling: Ability to position Basware’s solutions to achieve measurable business outcomes Account Mapping: Identify white space, stakeholders, and decision-makers within existing accounts Value Communication: Clearly articulate ROI, commercial impact, and strategic value of Basware’s solutions Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle for opportunities Commercial Acumen: Understand SaaS business models, ARR metrics, and customer lifecycle strategies Collaboration: Work effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product functions CRM Proficiency: Confident in managing data, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy in Salesforce Ownership & Accountability: Take full responsibility for revenue, processes, and performance outcomes Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and persuasively across multiple channels and audiences Resilience & Initiative: Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and proactively drive results Experience: Experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SDR roles (SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise Software preferred)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue remotely Awareness of artificial intelligence concepts, tools, or applications is considered a strong asset.
