The Customer Marketing Programs Manager, EMEA is a full-time role based in our office in Reading, UK, reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation International. This role is responsible for creating marketing programs to increase retention and drive customer growth.You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, PMM and Customer Success teams to reduce customer churn and identify areas for product expansion within the Barracuda install base. Strong communication, program management skills and the ability to create relevant messaging across different personas and buying stages will be key to achieving successful results. The right candidate possesses a unique blend of customer marketing programs, customer journey understanding, and B2B experience. This is a fixed term position, maternity cover, full time for 10-12 months.What you’ll be doing:Managing the strategy, campaigns and programs needed to drive customers’ adoption and expansion of Barracuda products and solutions.Analysing, interpreting, and reporting on customer behaviour, segmentation, churn, and retention data to build strategy and to maximise pipeline generation.Building, executing and optimising integrated cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns across a variety of inbound and outbound marketing channels, using insights and data to create relevant and impactful messaging.Liaising with EMEA Field Marketing to align and communicate EMEA-wide requirements.Localising and adapting global campaigns & programs for the EMEA customer audience as well as building local campaigns.Creating customer marketing content and campaigns in multiple languages.Tracking and reporting on campaign performance.What you bring to the role5 years of experience within a related marketing role.Experience in working with content and localisation processes.Experience working with metrics and in process-driven environments.Excellent collaborative approach to build relationships across functional teamsExcellent written and oral communication skills.Exceptional project management skills, and the necessary judgement to prioritise in a dynamic and frequently changing environment.Experience with Microsoft Office products and SFDC.Experience with a Marketing automation platform such as Marketo, is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.#LI-Hybrid Read Less
