You will be liaising and coordinating with a range of teams and organisations across Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey, including CAMHS providers, social care teams, Tier 4 providers, schools, and other community health providers. The service is NCL wide but has two teams working across two localities: 1) Camden and Islington 2) Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey. This post is within the Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey Branch but the teams will come together to ensure both locality teams work together to develop shared processes and protocols as well as reporting systems. The Generic Team provides a comprehensive range of assessment and therapeutic interventions, and consultation to professionals dealing with children, young people and families with emotional and behavioural difficulties, and for neurodevelopmental conditions. Main duties of the job CAMHS teams are responsible for the assessment and treatment of the mental health needs of children and adolescents from birth through to 18 years of age. Generic CAMHS teams address the most complex cases that require multi-disciplinary and multi-agency involvement. Their brief covers the entire range of mental health conditions and disorders including self harming children and adolescents, learning disability, dual diagnosis and early onset psychosis. Working for our organisation The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming the North London Mental Health Partnership. In order to meet the needs of the new Partnership services you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Enfield and Harringay Trust and Camden and Islington Trust. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis. CIPD or appropriate post-graduate qualification Desirable criteria Project management qualification e.g. Prince2 or Agile. Further training or significant experience in project management and supporting change management processes SKILLS AND ABILITIES Essential criteria Experience of Project Management in larger scale organisation, ideally within people or organisation change projects. Experience of working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation. Clear communicator with excellent writing, report writing and presentation skills capable of constructing and delivering clear ideas and concepts concisely and accurately for diverse audiences. Evidence of success in efficient and effective project and programme management. Ability to analyse and interpret information, pre-empt, and evaluate issues, and recommend and appropriate course of action to address the issues. Skills for communication on complex matters and difficult situations, requiring persuasion and influence Skills for nurturing key relationships and maintaining networks. Problem solving skills and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands. Takes decisions on difficult and contentious issues where they may be several courses of action IT skills - IT literate, able to use Microsoft Office suite Excellent written work skills Desirable criteria NHS experience Experience of managing budgets Project Management Training Experience/ Knowledge Essential criteria Good understanding/knowledge of the cultural, quality and workforce challenges facing the NHS Experience of Project Management in larger scale organisation, ideally within people or organisation change projects. Demonstrated ability in driving large size projects across the health and/or social care sector or similar environment. Experience of planning, managing, and monitoring projects Experience of working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to meet Organisational objectives. Knowledge of, and experience of using quality improvement techniques Experience of managing systems, processes, and information resources, redesigning to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
