Conduct and document metal detector validation for new products. Maintain complete and traceable raw material documentation. Respond to technical customer queries within agreed timescales. Identify opportunities to improve products, processes and technical procedures. Essential Requirements Previous experience working within an FMCG environment. GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues at all levels. Strong organisational and project-management skills. A proactive, solution-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple product-development projects and deadlines. Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Desirable Experience Experience working with chemicals or chemical-based products. Experience within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Knowledge of cosmetic product regulations.
