The Role
As a Line Leader, you'll take ownership of the production line, leading a team to meet targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role, where your leadership will directly impact performance and team success.
Shift Details
14:00 - 22:00 £14.10 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support your team
Packing and repacking of soft drinks
Drive production to meet daily targets and product specifications
Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and quality
Complete accurate records and paperwork using IT/WMS systems
Support audits and compliance checks
Train and develop new team members
Act as a role model for best practices on the shop floor
Work alongside your team, hands-on, when needed
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Proactive 'can-do' attitude
Strong communication and motivational skills
Basic IT skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
