Shift Options: Monday to Friday (Weekly Rotating Shifts) 6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for: Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently Moving, storing and replenishing palletised stock Loading and unloading vehicles Picking, packing and repacking customer orders Completing goods-in and goods-out checks Supporting general warehouse operations Following all Health & Safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised working area To be successful in this role, you'll need: A valid FLT Reach Truck licence (nationally accredited preferred) In-house licences will also be considered, with refresher training provided where required Previous Reach Truck and warehouse experience Good attention to detail and accuracy A positive attitude and strong work ethic The ability to work well as part of a team Why Join? Essential Requirements Previous experience working within an FMCG environment. GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues at all levels. Strong organisational and project-management skills. A proactive, solution-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple product-development projects and deadlines. Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
