    Global engineering business, based close to Bournemouth requires a Production Planner. Applicants need production planning or manufacturing scheduling experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment and have experience in the use of MRP, ERP or MS Excel. The Production Planner will join a successful and high performing production planning team, reporting to a Production Planning Manager. The Production Planner will take a lead role in scheduling shop floor manufacturing activities in alignment with production plans and the master schedule, to meet customer orders.     Our client is looking for a driven and accomplished Sales Director with a good background driving sales in the Marine and Offshore space You will lead the growth strategy across Central Europe. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader with a strong background in the marine or offshore industries and a passion for sustainable innovation. You will be responsible for accelerating sales performance, expanding market presence, and building lasting client relationships - all while contributing to the company's mission of revolutionising marine transportation.

    This is a role with a really good bonus scheme which can be significantly lucrative for the right kind of person with a "Hunter" style approach to the sales process.

    Key Responsibilities
