Building a sustainable tomorrow At BAM, we are looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator to join our Scotland team based in either Aberdeenshire or Inverness. Your work will support our projects to deliver excellent stakeholder management and community relations in line with our BAM policies, processes and strategies. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure we are positively delivering for clients and communities. The role will involve a mixture of working from our office, from home and on project site. Hybrid flexible working arrangements are encouraged and actively supported. Please note that you will be required to be on site at least 2 days a week. Promotes diversity and inclusion, challenges non-inclusive behaviours, and supports engagement with underrepresented groups. Supports socially responsible procurement and supply chain understanding of stakeholder and sustainability requirements. Contributes to work-winning activities through case studies, tender support, innovation, and demonstrating social sustainability value. Collects, analyses, measures, and reports stakeholder performance and social sustainability impact, driving continuous improvement and service excellence. What do you bring to the role?
