In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi Channel Marketing Apprenticeshipdelivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Creating and scheduling content for the social platforms
Content creating for the website
Tracking analytics across all channels to identify business improvements
Designing hard-copy collateral (flyers, posters, roller banners etc)
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
£13,000 - £15,000 Per annum
Quarterly whole-organisation meetings
28 days holiday plus bank holidays
Progression opportunities following completion of the apprenticeship programme
Hybrid working mainly working in Waterbeach with some working from home

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Passion for design, copywriting and a creative flare for engaging content!
A UK driving license and access to a car is essential to this role
Video production experience and editing images
Ability to work as a team and with initiative
GCSE Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English
