     As a Lead Project Engineer, you will own the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects implementation. You will manage activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer.
     As a Lead Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:Leading the review and approval of all engineering changes for assigned product lines including:
    o Ensure BOM changes are complete and accurate with clear engineering substantiation for the change.
    o Change addresses all interfacing components and systems.
    o Assigning the appropriate CID reviewers & approversCommunicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategyImplementing the applicable engineering aspects of quality and safety plans in accordance with Baker Hughes, the client, and statutory requirements including sub-contractors.Interfacing within the project team.Operating to all engineering and project plans, methods and execution policies. To have full understanding towards wellsite problems and how to develop resolutions.Salary Range: AUD 60,000 – 97,000 / Per-annumAs a Field Operator – Wireline / E-Line, you will be responsible for:Delivering safety array for wireline services in an offshore environment, under the supervision of Wireline Engineer and Wireline Crew chief.Working directly with client’s offshore wellsite supervisor to deliver wireline or E-Line objectives in a safe and efficient manner.Managing spare parts and offshore inventory, maintaining records and communicationsBeing responsible for the safe operation of Wireline Surface pressure control equipmentBeing competent to operate a wireline hoist unit, to safely deploy a vast array of services in & out of the wellbore.Carrying out duties at the wellsite for the work as per the instructions received with high level of safety awareness.Work Experience Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have diploma or equivalent.Have 5 years and above relevant land or offshore experience in wireline or E-Line operations.Have good competency in preparation and operating Wireline Surface Pressure Control EquipmentBe a team player with ability to build trusting relationships with customers and display good communication skills.Have ability to organize, assess, prioritize tasks, milestones, and deliverables.Have valid driving license (local or international)Have license in shotfirer, radiation is preferred.Have passed either IELTS, TOEFL, PTE academic, Cambridge English Advance or OET (Required for work permit application)Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
