Role Information:
Events & Campaign Support Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. Coordinate with teams to gather content and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets. Lead in digital promotion of events and exhibitions, including invitations, online campaigns, and live coverage. Ensure presentations and event materials are brand-consistent and engaging. Support the Marketing Manager in delivering impactful client-facing campaigns. Provide logistical and promotional support for company events and exhibitions. Help prepare event materials and manage follow-up communications. Content Creation Produce engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates. Support the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. Ensure production of branded materials (digital and print) have consistency across all channels. Digital Marketing Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms, monitoring engagement and reporting performance. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management and analytics. Data & Analytics Use tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot to track campaign performance and website traffic. Compile monthly reports to inform future marketing decisions. CRM & Administration Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and support data entry for marketing activities. Ensure compliance with GDPR and company data policies.

Essential skills/qualifications: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot desirable. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
