Description Backline has a great relationship with their drivers (some say were more of a family business!). Whether youre an HGV artic or rigid driver, HIAB, ADR, or van driver if youre looking to be locally based and escape the conveyor belt of agency work then youre in the right place.
We are currently recruiting full and part-time HGV Class 2 HIAB crane drivers based in Bristol and the surrounding areas for ongoing, flexible work.
We have a large number of clients in Avonmouth, Bristol and surrounding areas who are in continuous need for HIAB drivers. We are therefore looking to recruit either HIAB experienced drivers or those looking to move into this interesting type of work via our own internal training programme.
The Work
You will be delivering building materials to sites across the region using a lorry-mounted crane. The types of building materials on the load will vary greatly so a good amount of load restraint experience would be essential. Hours are very sociable with start times around 0630 and finish times approximately 1700 or before.
About you... Full UK Class 2, LGV C license with a maximum of 6 penalty points
CPC and digital tachograph card
An ability to drive steady and sympathetically in a rural environment would be essential.
