We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person. Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.). Set up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions. Maintain asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of IT equipment. Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from a technical perspective. Support remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues. Collaborate with other IT teams on escalated issues or project-related tasks. Follow security protocols and assist with antivirus, patching, and data protection policies. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    1+ year of experience in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role.
    Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
    Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Experience with macOS or Linux environments.
    IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
    Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or JAMF).
    Working Conditions: On-site support may be required.
    Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 25 lbs).

    About the Role
    We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Inventory Manager to join our Global Technology & Data (GTAD) team. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining the operational framework, governance standards, and lifecycle controls that underpin the WS Asset Management function. You will help ensure strict adherence to firmwide policies, deliver high-quality reporting, and execute compliant disposal and shipping events for all off-net, data-bearing assets across your region. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position ideal for someone who excels in structured operations, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will influence global standards, ensure accurate asset accountability, and uphold the integrity of the firm’s asset lifecycle ecosystem. What You’ll Do Operational Leadership & Governance Lead regional execution of WS Asset Management operations and ensure full compliance with global policies and procedures. Develop, maintain, and enforce frameworks for inventory management, asset governance, and lifecycle controls. Support the global adoption of standard inventory tools and firmwide shipping standards. Asset Lifecycle & Inventory Control Manage local asset disposal and secure shipping events, ensuring all processes meet strict security and compliance standards. Remove data-bearing components from firmwide IT assets and prepare them for reuse, shipment, or certified disposal. Build accurate asset manifests by capturing serial numbers, chassis and drive identifiers, and other asset-specific data via firm tools. Ensure ongoing reconciliations of chain-of-custody documentation across systems (ServiceNow, Deco Tracker, Disk Tracker, inventory platforms, certificates of destruction, etc.). Risk, Compliance & Reporting Validate the strength and applicability of lifecycle management policies and controls, specifically for non–data center assets. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and document risks and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Assessment, Entitlements, Reporting, and Audit teams to meet regulatory and internal audit expectations. Produce clear, comprehensive global reporting aligned to PM Asset Management functions. Lead or co-own assigned programs and operational workstreams. Stakeholder Engagement & Site Oversight Participate in global team communications and represent regional needs and updates. Conduct on-site visits to logistics vendors and firm locations as required. Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels—technical teams, business groups, and management. What You Bring Core Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and strict process discipline. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without formal authority. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and executive presentation).
