    We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Shipping Specialist to join our Technology Workplace Support Services (WSS) team. This role plays a vital part in our end-to-end IT asset lifecycle—from procurement through secure disposal. You’ll work closely with our logistics partners and internal teams to ensure secure, compliant, and trackable movement of IT assets. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage secure IT asset shipping using Firm-approved logistics vendors Verify serial numbers and packaging compliance (security tape, seals, GPS monitoring, etc.) Liaise with site contacts, ensure accurate ticket updates (ServiceNow), and monitor GPS tracking Maintain and improve shipping procedures and documentation for internal and external use Drive process efficiencies through reporting, dashboards, and auditing Support asset tracking, data entry, and other related tasks during downtime Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3–5 years in IT support, shipping/logistics, or asset management Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office/SharePoint Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills ITIL certification is a plus Prior experience in financial services is a bonus Why Join Us?
