This all-age school (4 to 19 years) tailors their provision to each individual’s needs. The school requires a 1:1 teaching assistant to work with a child whom displays behaviour that challenges. The successful individual will require very high level of resilience and dedication; consistency is key for all children with SEND needs however this is of utmost importance for this individual as their challenging behaviour also stems his lived experiences.
