    Farnell Farnell, an Avnet company, is a global high-service distributor of technology products, services and solutions for electronic system design, maintenance and repair.Our team in Leeds are currently recruiting a Shift Supervisor to join us in our Distribution Centre at Logic Industrial Park, Leeds 9. If you are looking for a role within a global organisation, where customer focus is at the heart of what we do, a team that work hard and pull together our team are looking for you!Our team have gone through a period of change following the on-boarding of a new purpose build facility, to support this we have newly created roles within the team supporting, coaching, managing, coaching and developing our Production Operatives. Previous experience in working within a Distribution or Warehouse facility is essential along with being a people person and managing a team (large or small). Key in this role is the ability to build relationships and engaging with the team to ensure the best working environment whilst having fun along the way. Our Supervisors are key in the management of activities such packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfilment, stock handling, storing, distribution and the inventory.
