THE ROLE We are looking for a reliable and motivated Nightshift Supervisor to lead our night shift team and take ownership of our warehouse operation overnight. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, safety and getting the job done, while bringing out the best in the people around them. As Nightshift Supervisor you will be responsible for running the shift from start to finish, making sure pharmaceutical orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time to our network of community pharmacies across Scotland and the UK. You'll lead by example on the warehouse floor, support and develop your team, and be the key point of contact overnight.
