Our ideal Assistant Service Manager looks like this! Work with your Service Manager to manage and lead a successful and positive team. Understands the balance between keeping our people safe and positive risk taking. Have a good understanding of the social care sector and how these benefits and impacts the people we support. Stay up to date with policies and procedures to carry out and maintain safe and best practices. Support the Service Manager to recruit new employees and develop and manage your staff team in a fair and consistent manner.
