Oversee sandbox refresh planning and data masking activities in line with GDPR and bank data security standards.Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the central point of contact for development teams, business leads, testers, and platform owners during releases.Provide regular updates on release status, risks, and post-deployment verification activities to senior stakeholders and governance boards.Risk & Quality Control:Ensure all releases follow bank policy, including change records, access control, rollback procedures, and audit trails. Support internal and external audits by providing relevant evidence on deployments, approvals, and controls. Continuous Improvement Champion DevOps and automation best practices across the Salesforce delivery lifecycle.Identify opportunities to streamline release processes, improve testing efficiency, and reduce manual interventions.
