As a strategic, collaborative, delivery minded leader, you will organize and manage Portfolio priorities and workstreams, driving alignment within the Portfolio team and across Avanade through our governance process.
Your work ensures we plan and execute effectively by keeping teams connected, ensuring quarterly deliverables are on time and delivered with high quality. You are a skilled collaborator and communicator who works confidently across Avanade to coordinate a governance process that supports clarity, action, and measurable results. You will coordinate workstreams across the Portfolio and partner with the Portfolio Lead to establish governance, set priorities, organize work, and maintain alignment. To maximize the effectiveness of our Portfolio efforts, you will:
• Capture, prioritize, and manage the Portfolio’s most important initiatives
• Establish governance processes and ways of working
• Build a deep understanding of our business, clients, and delivery model
• Drive alignment across the Portfolio team, ensuring everyone is informed, connected, and focused
• Organize and manage cross workstream plans, team meetings, rituals, team sites/workspaces, and team communications
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Portfolio Lead—providing feedback, guidance, and acting as a proxy when needed
• Lead preparation, facilitation, and follow up for all Portfolio led governance meetings and forums
• Partner with executive stakeholders to drive strategic alignment
• Oversee large projects and initiatives, connecting stakeholders to enable effective decision making
• Fill operational gaps and lead special projects or cross functional efforts as neededundefined
