     Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, APAC Enterprise Account-Based Marketing to lead and develop a high-performing team of enterprise account-based marketers. This role combines strategic leadership with strong people management, ensuring the team delivers measurable impact through tailored, high-touch ABM programs aligned to Named Accounts sales priorities.

    You will be accountable for setting regional Enterprise ABM strategy, driving operational excellence, managing performance and budget, and fostering a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires a leader who can translate business objectives into disciplined execution while developing talent and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
     Responsibilities
     Management
     Manage a team of enterprise account-based marketersCoach and maintain the activities of account-based marketing team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance managementEnsure that the team's marketing programs are aligned with the corporate vision, themes, and brand guidelinesEnsure that the team has focus on the buyer's journey and deploying the right account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right engagement at the right timeHelp to guide the strategy for Named Accounts ABMEnsure that the team is supported as they develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans for accounts focused on expanding business and ensuring customer use and adoption
     Collaboration and Interface
     Primary liaison with the Enterprise Accounts sales leadersEngage with the sales leads to coordinate, communicate, and improve the impact of marketing activitiesPartner with Industry Marketing and Marketing Systems & Services to set the strategy for account-based campaigns, ensuring the team is enabled to effectively deliver1:1 and 1: few ABM programs for priority accounts
    Reporting and Analysis
     Maintain an accurate and actionable understanding of team resultsReview and provide overall analysis of account-based programsEnsure that each marketer is tracking and measuring individual campaign results
    Budget and Revenue Accountability
     Work with internal marketing, sales, and customer success partners to ensure requirements for development deployment of campaigns are securedManage team budget allocation, tracking of actuals, and reportingOversee plan delivery and execution, evaluating resource efficiency and ROI to guide optimization
     Minimum Qualifications
     2+ years' experience managing and leading a team8+ years B2B account-based marketing, customer life cycle, or customer success marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific skillsBA/BS or equivalent work experienceFamiliarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6Sense, Folloze, etcExperience in the design, manufacturing, media and entertainment production design, architecture, engineering, and construction industries
