You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. You will be supporting individuals within their home environment and when accessing the local community, along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs. Within our Services, our hours are 35 hours and 42 hours shift pattern consist of long days of 7.45 am - 9.45 pm and 8 am - 10 pm.
