Offering & Solution Definition\ N\nDevelop and maintain global offerings and solutions spanning modules, industries, and horizontal capabilities.\ NDefine offering scope, value propositions, target personas, use cases, and success metrics.\ NPartner with Value Engineering to embed industry accelerators, blueprints, and delivery methods into portfolio offerings.\ N\n2. Portfolio Roadmap Ownership\ N\nMaintain the global portfolio roadmap, including modules, industries, AI capabilities, and innovation themes.\ NMonitor market trends, ServiceNow releases, ecosystem movements, and customer demand signals.\ NPrioritise feature and capability development in alignment with strategy and investment priorities.\ N\n3. Competitive Differentiation & Positioning\ N\nPerform competitive analysis, benchmarking, and positioning activities.\ NEnsure each offeringhas a clear differentiation narrative backed by assets and proof points.\ NPartner with Sales Enablement to incorporate competitive insights into battlecards and GTM materials.\ N\n4. Pricing, Packaging & Commercialization\ N\nDefine pricingmodels, packaging structures, and service tiers for each portfolio offering.\ NCollaborate with sales, finance, and regional leaders to ensure commercial viability.\ NDevelop GTM toolkitsincluding:\ N\nOffering sheets\ NSales plays\nUse case packs\ NCustomer-value narratives\ N \n\n5. R&D / Innovation Leadership\ N\nDrive R&D initiatives along with the R&D engineering team, focusing on:\ N\nAutomation\ NAI-driven workflows\ NIndustry innovations\ NNext-gen platform capabilities\ N \nCollaborate with Alliance teams, startups, and technology partners to incubate new solutions.\ N\n6. Cross‑FunctionalCollaboration\ N\nWork closely with:\ N\nCTO / Portfolio Lead (strategy & roadmap)\ NSales Enablement & GTM (asset creation, campaigns, pricing)\ NValue Engineering CoE (industry blueprints, playbooks, solution quality)\ NIndustry Directors (sector-specific needs)\ NAlliance Team (innovation and roadmap alignment with ServiceNow)\ N \nEnsure portfolio excellence across the entire offering lifecycle.\ N\n8.
