This position is primarily focused on the industrial powder packing/repacking processes at the clients site however cross-site working may be required from time to time. Key Responsibilities Processing Work and assist in the production, packing and re-packing activities within the Rooms Industrial Powder Packing/Repacking facility, Food Production Rooms and Warehouse areas in our clients 3 sites. Manage stock levels in conjunction with the Process Lead. Carry out cleaning activities to maintain a high standard of hygiene in accordance with regulatory requirements. Assist in the writing and review of procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements Support other processing activities as required. Checking finished records to ensure the right first-time compliance Managing warehouse and stock movements Produce weekly and monthly stock reports directly relating to chemical and food processing activities Ensure all packaging is available when needed Taking photos, scanning documents and emailing Facilitating stock audit Record and maintain Work Instructions to accredited standards (BRC, FSSC, ISO Re-ordering consumables Liaising with QC and H&S to maintain standards of Quality Management processes, Health and Safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
