    As a Clinical Community Lead at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management on our clinical community within the home.

    About Ashlynn Grange Care Home: Ashlynn Grange is an exceptional 153-bed care home in Peterborough.

    The home prides itself on the surrounding gardens that grow flowers and a variety of different vegetables.

    The level of care at Ashlynn Grange is exceptional, and all staff love to keep residents entertained with a full programme of activities and live performances on our outdoor stage.

    Our newly refurbished café is available to our residents and their visitors, serving a variety of fresh tea, coffee and cakes daily.

    About the role: The role of Clinical Community Lead will involve completing clinical audits, safe management of medication and team member supervision.

    Across everything you do, youll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment.

    Salary: £23.58 per hour.

    Shift Pattern: Up to 45 hours per week, 12-hour shifts worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

    Home Location: Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities: Take responsibility for pro-actively managing the unit.

    Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.

    Monitor the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.

    Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.

    Training, Skills & Experience Required: Qualified RN/RGN/RMN.

    Minimum of two years shift leadership and management experience.

    Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.

    Shift Pattern: 15 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities: Answering incoming telephone calls and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

    Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including, responding to emails, copying, faxing and taking notes.

    Ensure that residents receive their post and prepare all outgoing post on a daily basis.

    Any additional duties as assigned by the Home Admin Manager.

    Training, Skills & Experience Required: Experience working within a receptionist position is essential.

    Working within a care home environment is highly advantageous.

    Excellent written, non-verbal and verbal communication skills.

    Good working knowledge of and competence in Microsoft Office applications and Windows based operating environments Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer.
