    Senior Marketing Executive Aspinal of London are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team in London. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of PR and Marketing to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of key marketing and communications activity across the business. This role will play a key role in shaping and delivering the annual marketing calendar, supporting the planning and execution of major collection launches and driving the coordination of strategic marketing initiatives across both internal teams and external brand partners. This role will report directly to the Head of PR and Marketing and work with several internal departments including but not limited to Marketing & Communications, Brand & Creative, Graphics, Merchandising, Retail, Warehouse and Head Office Finance as well as with external media partners and agencies. This role will offer Hybrid working opportunities but you must be able to attend the office at least 3 days per week in Royal Exchange. Role Responsibilities Assist in leading and managing the annual marketing calendar, ensuring regular upkeep with upcoming launches, key dates and marketing activity across the business. Proactively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Work closely with the Head of PR and Marketing to develop campaign strategies with media partners and agencies, including briefing, coordinating campaign activity and analysing campaign performance through detailed post-campaign reporting. Ensure professional and seamless communication with all partners and stakeholders. Own the coordination and development of seasonal and campaign marketing toolkits and presentations, creating bespoke versions for internal teams and external partners where required. Support with the execution of VIP and influencer activity, both directly through the brand network and via external agencies. Drive the ideation and delivery of retail marketing initiatives during key commercial periods, working closely with Retail and Merchandising teams to maximise footfall and in-store sales performance. Take a leading role in the planning and delivery of brand events, from booking and managing suppliers to preparing gifting packs and coordinating guest experience. Ensure seamless execution of all industry and customer-facing activations. Support the management and tracking of project budgets, including events and key campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered within budget and supporting efficient invoice processing and financial tracking. Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports for the senior leadership team and wider business, providing insights and recommendations where appropriate. Actively monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, conducting research to support the development and evolution of the brand's marketing strategy. This role may be required to, on occasion, work out of hours for brand events or activations.     Aspinal of London are searching for a Production & Quality Coordinator to join the team in Fernhurst, West Sussex.  In this role you will be an essential driver for quality for the product team, spearheading the process from product handover through to final warehouse intake. To be the key contact throughout the process ensuring the product post hand over transitions through the production life cycle and into warehouse / stores as handed over from the development team. To own the labelling , packaging and qc inspections for the team working closely with the team, suppliers and in country Aspinal representatives. This role will require being in the office 3/4 days a week in Fernhurst with the other days working from home. Principle Accountabilities: Accountable For: Maintaining the expected level of quality and design aesthetic signed off and handed over from the design and development team through to final receipt into the warehouse QC Hold management, raising any issues within 24hours to the team Being the main contact for strap, customer service and warehouse queries Supporting the production team by carrying out an inspection / aql where possible on all new seasonal stock to ensure matches back to the warehouse Being the first point of contact for all customer service queries, liaising with the correct relevant team member for a response Being the first point of contact for the warehouse goods in product issues , labelling Checking all barcodes, labels skus are correct prior to shipment QC Hold management, raising any issues within 24hours to the team Being the main contact for strap, customer service and warehouse queries Packaging approval of all SOP, working the PD team to review incoming samples Assisting the Production team with NAV queries, raising Purchase Orders and to support In checking prices and SKUs Product Quality Representative: To be aware of the new seasonal product from handover stage, to ensure the stock that arrives in house is as per approved spec and fabrication signed off by the development team throughout the process Work with PD / Suppliers on gaining all test reports for new leathers, fabrics and product to ensure fit for purpose Support the Head of Production in reviewing the monthly returns reports, investigating any issues ahead of the monthly meeting with the CEO to ensure we are fully prepared and aligned across the team Review all inline reports with the support of the in country Aspinal representatives to capture any issues ahead of finalsTo ensure all final inspections are completed, in line with the Aspinal core values and expectations, reporting out any issues to the head of to react where necessary To ensure all new seasonal stock is checked for quality, product aesthetic and fabrications To carry out a new season AQL across the suppliers at random to validate the finals carried out at source QC Hold: To be the go to for all QC hold issuesPulling a weekly summary and initiating a plan to discuss with Head of Production.
